Conditions for falling under Nagaland Resident Category
You are a Nagaland resident if:
Your Place of Birth is in Nagaland.
Your Permanent Address is in Nagaland.
Your Present Address is in Nagaland. This however doesn't include the case where Indian Citizens from other states have been deployed in Nagaland by Indian Government on official duty.
