Fee is non-refundable. * Also applicable for minors between 15 to 18 years of age, who wish to get a 10-year full validity passport. ** If the application for a new passport is made under Tatkaal scheme, tatkaal fee is to be paid in addition to the application fee mentioned above. Fee schedule would be restructured after the nationwide rollout of the Passport Seva Project.
